• Who: adults 18 and older
• Care offered: free tooth extractions, first-come, first-served
• Bring: a photo ID if you have one (no ID? you can sign a short form at check-in)
• Sign up: use the Patient Sign-Up button. It takes a few minutes and helps us plan the day.
